大蔬无界•上海外滩和美馆是大蔬无界餐饮管理有限公司旗下的素食餐饮品牌。大蔬无界使用当季的优质食材烹制美味、健康,创艺风格的无国界蔬食料理。在上海新地标外滩22开出首家分馆,外滩和美馆沿袭品牌充分尊重当地文化、融入当地、且充满创意与活力的宗旨。以现代园林的的概念,在有限的范围内创造一个有趣多变的空间:分享廊与亭的情趣,观照四季的流转,讲述季节和时蔬的故事。外滩和美馆本着“突破界限,崇尚本然”的品牌理念,为宾客呈现多国蔬食料理,合应着一年四季中不断变化的24节气,品赏空间和蔬食合一的风景。

WUJIE believes in the convergence of food and art. Our vision is to promote a vegetarian diet as part of a delicious, nutritious and more environmental way of life. In line with this, we traverse the world looking for the very best products of the earth, starting with our local farming communities, the produce of which are then transformed via unwavering dedication to fundamental techniques, to create food that is as exciting to the palate as it is a feast to the eyes.

In September 2016, three of WUJIE’s locations were recognized as Shanghai MICHELIN Guide Bib Gourmand recommended restaurants.
